Gettin in early for Christmas

Hi Everyone

Just thought Id post some pics from a workshop I held over the weekend.

The tags were a lot of fun to make I used Holiday Wishes stampset. Always Artichoke, Bravo Burgundy and whisper white colour scheme.

I got the idea for this card from SCS I cant remember whos card it was but.....(just so you know it was someones elses amazing idea lol)

I used the Holiday wishes stamp set, bold brights color scheme and certainly celery ribbon. I just love using markers on stamps the girls had a lot of fun making this one.

And this cute little purse was a hit too. I got the template off of the SU Demo website I used soft sky, wild wasabi cardstock and blue bayou ink and bashful blue ribbon. Perfect for putting some Money in and hang from the Chrissie tree.

I cant wait for Saturday I am going to my first Stampin' Up! Regional Seminar Ive done 20 swaps Ill post one here next week... YAY excitement.

Stampin Scrap Day

Hi all

I held a scrapbooking event on the weekend and I took pictures yay!! Please don't look at the date lol in my enthusiasm I didn't set the date so it went back to default. So here goes

Here are the girls hard at work...

Here's my display I set up, showcasing the beautiful range of Stampin' Up! products.They are so suited to scrapbooking I love the styled silver hodge podge in the mini and the georgeous pretties kit.

and these I think they did a great job!!!

The two pages up the top in the picture above were the original designs I came up with.

And this next one is the one that I demonstrated.

We had so much fun even though there was only 6 of us. It was so laid back and easygoing I like smaller groups you get to talk a bit more to everyone and its not too hectic. Thanks girls you did a great job and I'm glad you all had a ball.

Here is a list of the products that were used on the day:

hodge podge hardware, pretties kit, blossoms and basics chipboard, secret garden simply scrapn kit, brocade backgrounds, baroque motifs, brocade basics, defining alphabet and lovely letters alphabet amoungst others.

Hi all

sorry I have not posted in a couple of weeks have been getting ready for my Stampin Scrap Im so excited about it only 2 days to go. This will be a quick post but I just wanted to put up a few 6x6 scrapbooking pages for you to look at. The first one I used the Big Bold Birthday stampset the colors were barely banana, sage shadow and bordering blue. The second one is a fav of mine you may have seen it on my header. I used the Priceless and En Francais stampsets the colors I used were apricot appeal, perfect plum and brocade blue.

SWAPS YAY!!

Too Much a Good Thing

Just wanted to show you the swap I made for the quarterly Demonstrator Meeting I went to on the weekend. I used the in colours for this year and the new tart and tangy stampset from the new Spring Mini thats out from the 1st of August. I had so much fun making this swap!! It is the first Swap Ive been involved in and I received some really lovely ones in return. When I charge the battery in my camera I will take a photo of them all and post the pics on here so you can have a squizzy aswell.

On another note Im thinking of organising a Ribbon Club soon so I will post those details on here aswell shortly.

This is a little 6x6 scrapbooking page I did for a workshop a couple of months ago I really love this stamp set (Scribble This) its one of my favorites. The colors I used were bravo burgundy, always artichoke, so saffron and very vanilla I also used versamark ink aswell.

I cant wait for Saturday we are having a demo get together and Ive made my first swaps Im so excited I will post my swap on here next week...

I have been a bit absent lately I apologise.

Here is a card I helped a friend make for Mothers Day recently.

I used the heartfelt thanks & ittybitty background stampsets I also used the bold brights color family for the cardstock and finished it up with a piece of certainly celery ribbon.

I just love using the markers for that more alive look...

On another note I had my dear sister Lizz and her boyfrend Dave around for dinner last night which was great. They are such a cute couple...

Well I will try and post a different card, page or alterable once a week.

Fee: $30 per person which includes lunch & afternoon tea.

You will get the chance to complete two 12x12 scrapbooking pages and make some embellishments. There will be product/technique demonstrations and
displays. There will also be door prizes and a grand prize.

Space is limited and will be filled on a first come, first served basis!
You are welcome to bring a friend but all guests must be registered.

Please bring photos, basic scrapping supplies and any Stampin’ Up! Supplies that you may have and make sure you clearly label all items with your name.

Payment must be made by 26th August 2008 please include $30 for each guest.
