Embossing Class

Hi there
Well I held my embossing class a couple of weeks ago. Had so much fun!!! We made these four cards...

The first one we made was this Cristmas Card

Recipe
Colour Scheme Not Quite Navy, Handsome Hunter, Real Red and Bashful Blue
Stampsets Loads of Love & Accessories
Accessories Ribbon, Corner Rounder, Eyelets, Cropodile, Paper Piercer, Stampamajig
We coloured our little ute stamp with stampinwrite markers, stamped on whisper white then versamarked then embossed with clear embossing powder. You cant really see in the photo but the red ute is soo shiny!

The next card we did was this one below

Recipe
Colour Scheme Close to Cocoa, Really Rust, More Mustard, Creamy Caramel
Stampsets Loads of Love, Loads of Love Accessories, Sanded
Accessories Round Tab Punch, Ribbon, Stazon, Aqua Painters, Water Colour Paper, Stampamajig
Stamped ute with Stazon then used versamark and clear embossing powder to emboss the ute dabbed spots of clolour on the utes body then dragged the colour with tthe aqua painters to make this cute little rust bucket. We then stamped friends for the long haul which I think suited it to a tea!

Thirdly we made this card

Recipe
Colour Scheme Rose Red, Old Olive, Pretty in Pink, Regal Rose
Stampsets Always, Tres Chic
Accessories Ribbon, Spring Fling DSP, Stampamajig
We inked up our birdie stamp with the stampinwrite markers then clear embossed over the top. Super easy!!!

Last but not least this card (whereis the other three above are my own designs the one below is from the lovely Sarah Klass)

Recipe
Colour Scheme Old Olive, Rose Red, Blush Blossom
Stampset Always
Ascessories Ribbon, Sponges
Embossed birdie with versamark and white embossing powder then coloured in the little flowers on the birdies body with Stampinwrite markers also sponged around the edges of the card.
This card was what started the whole embossing with markers class idea. We also stamped our envelopes to match our cards all in all is was a great night the girls loved the carrds they made and I think came aout a bit more confident with stamping and use of some of the tools and accessories which was fantastic.

i loved the non-brayered brayered effect you did on the one bird. Looks very nice! I also really like your "rust bucket" card. Very suitable for that truck, I think. have a great week!

I especially like the last card. Did you emboss the bird in clear and the color in the swirls and flowers?
